No Hassle Shipping/Returns Policy
Providing our customers with quality packaging supplies is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the entire order within 14 days of your delivery date (no partial returns are accepted). Simply use the carrier of your choice to return the product and, upon receipt of your return, you will be issued a refund (less a $5 per package restocking fee).
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday – Friday via Ecare Customer Service or through our toll free number . Cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. EST the day the order is scheduled to ship in order to avoid any fees. Orders already in transit will incur a $13.40 UPS intercept fee per package and a $5 restocking fee per package. Orders in transit via USPS cannot be intercepted. Use the carrier of your choice for the return and, upon receipt, you will receive a refund for the price of your order — a $5 restocking fee will be charged per package.
Please contact us immediately if you require an address correction. This change can be made 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday – Friday via Ecare Customer Service or through our toll free number . If you are changing a physical address to another physical address and your order is already in transit with UPS, you will be charged a $13.40 intercept fee and all transportation charges that result from the address change per package. Adding a suite or apt number is $13.40 per package. At this time, we deliver within the contiguous 48 states only. Delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska is not available. Please provide us with a physical street address for shipping, as PO/APO Boxes are not accepted. Should you provide a PO Box for shipping, you will incur an intercept address correction fee by the carrier.
UPS has a 99% on-time delivery ratio. We will provide the best approximate shipping time for orders; however we are not responsible for UPS weather delays or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
